The staff provided really good service. They were always available and very helpful. My room offered a great view of the Royal Mews. The included breakfast featured a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. The hotel also arranged transportation to the airport which was punctual and comfortable.
The in-room coffee machine was slightly difficult to operate at first.

i spent five nights here. i received a personalized note with a treat celebrating wimbledon. it mentioned a detail i only shared with a receptionist. the staff was professional, efficient, and accommodating. the receptionists, concierge, and doormen were cheerful..
the room decor seemed tired and in need of refurbishment. there was barely any natural light because metal railings obstructed the window. the wallpaper felt claustrophobic with a lack of light.

I was impressed. The staff delivered a lovely cake to our room for my daughter's birthday! the room itself was fine, beautifully decorated with a nice-sized bed and beautiful bed sheets. we also found two cookies on the dressing table, a good extra touch. it.

My room did not have a great view. There was a window covered with plastic ivy.
