The doorman greeted me warmly and assisted with my luggage efficiently. i found the front desk staff helpful with directions and local information. the hotel remembered my chocolate preference, a good touch. i enjoyed a superb afternoon tea overlooking the palace. The views were fine.
the elevator experienced a temporary malfunction.

The staff provided really good service. They were always available and very helpful. My room offered a great view of the Royal Mews. The included breakfast featured a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. The hotel also arranged transportation to the airport which was punctual and comfortable.
The in-room coffee machine was slightly difficult to operate at first.

the location is excellent. the little details were attended to. the doorman and the turndown bed service stood out. i found several restaurants in the hotel, and the food was delicious.
the elevator was broken most of my stay. i was on the fifth floor.

i spent five nights here. i received a personalized note with a treat celebrating wimbledon. it mentioned a detail i only shared with a receptionist. the staff was professional, efficient, and accommodating. the receptionists, concierge, and doormen were cheerful..
the room decor seemed tired and in need of refurbishment. there was barely any natural light because metal railings obstructed the window. the wallpaper felt claustrophobic with a lack of light.

I was impressed. The staff delivered a lovely cake to our room for my daughter's birthday! the room itself was fine, beautifully decorated with a nice-sized bed and beautiful bed sheets. we also found two cookies on the dressing table, a good extra touch. it.

The hotel offered a personalized note alongside a delicious treat celebrating Wimbledon, a detail shared only with the reception. Each room had character, matching the pictures on the hotel website. The staff was professional, accommodating, cheerful, and witty. The receptionists, concierge, and doormen offered excellent service.
My room did not have a great view. There was a window covered with plastic ivy.
