The staff provided really good service. They were always available and very helpful. My room offered a great view of the Royal Mews. The included breakfast featured a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. The hotel also arranged transportation to the airport which was punctual and comfortable.
The in-room coffee machine was slightly difficult to operate at first.
